The production materials are environmentally friendly PP plastic and recycled Rpet plastic. In addition, our products are durable and can be reused many times. We cannot guarantee the bag load from 10-30 kg depending on customer requirements. Moreover, the products have diverse designs; sharp colors and creative designs suitable for all forms of business and brand advertising. Our products are divided into 7 types: PP woven shopping bags, PP non-woven shopping bags, R-Pet shopping bags, Cooler bags, Paper bags, Canvas bags, and PE bags.
- PP woven shopping bags:
PP woven bags are products made from woven PP (Polypropylene) material, with a weight ranging from 90-180 g/m² and a load capacity of 15-25 kg. The structure of the bag can include types such as Tubular bags, Sewn bags and Piping bags. The bag is usually coated with BOPP film, with the surface being glossy or matte depending on customer requirements. The bag handle can be made from PP webbing or body fabric handles. In addition, the bag also has additional details such as hang tag, zipper, snap button, velcro, divider to create convenience and high applicability in daily life.
- PP non-woven shopping bags
Non-woven PP bags are products made from PP (Polypropylene non-woven) fabric, with a thickness of 60-180 g/m² and a load capacity of about 10-15 kg. The structure of the bag is usually a sewn bag or a heat seal bag. The surface of the bag can be covered with glossy, matte BOPP film, or no coating depending on customer needs. The bag handle and other details have the same designs and materials as PP woven shopping bags, bringing convenience and versatility to users.
- R-Pet shopping bags
R-Pet bags are made from Recycled polyethylene terephthalate – fabric recycled from mineral water bottles, with a weight of 100-170 g/m² and a load capacity of only 5-8kgs. R-Pet shopping bags also have 2 types: sewn bags and piping bags, this type of bag as well as the remaining types of bags are printed with glossy or matte film depending on the customer. In addition, the bag handle and additional details are similar to the above 2 types of bags.
- Cooler bags
Cooler bags are made from fabric combined with cooler pad, with a thickness of 1.5-2mm and a fabric weight of 100-170 g/m². The bag can withstand a load of 5-8 kg. The bag structure includes types of edges such as piping with velcro, piping with zipper, and piping with lid & zipper, which increase durability and convenience when used. The surface of the bag can be covered with glossy or matte BOPP film, or no lamination. In addition, the bag handle and accessories do not change compared to the above types of bags.
- Paper bag
Paper bags are a familiar and environmentally friendly packaging product. Made from paper with a variety of thicknesses from 60-150gsm, paper bags can withstand loads of 3-5kg, meeting the packaging needs of many different types of products. In terms of structure, paper bags can be designed as square bottom bags or flat bags depending on the purpose of use. The surface of the paper bag can be laminated with a layer of film to increase durability and water resistance, or keep the natural paper surface. In addition, paper bags also have many different types of handles such as flat handles, twist handles, D-cut handles or no handles, creating a variety of designs and meeting the aesthetic needs of customers.
